Hide the main product categories and only show the subcategories !

    I want to hide the main product categories and only show the subcategories as seen in the image and video. However, when I tried to disable them and update, it seems there’s a problem or error with the theme, as it couldn’t save the changes. This results in all product categories being displayed >> https://jmp.sh/s/Ws9U8jwDyntyTn7z9yvn

    Which is not what I want !

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    I think the Woodmart theme has a problem with Dokan 4 >>

    just like in this thread.
    And when I decided to use this plugin, it was because
    Hung Pham recommended it, saying it was compatible and had no issues with this theme.

    So how can I solve this problem?

    Yes, the Dokan plugin is compatible with WoodMart. But now I have checked your site, and the categories are saving fine.

    Therefore, my Dokan 4.0 plugin is currently deactivated. You should update after the Dokan 4.0 plugin is reactivated.
