    I have recorded a screen video about an issue where the Bug quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons are not displaying. I have already configured it according to the system, but the buttons still don’t appear. I suspect the WoodMart theme might be the problem, even though I have switched browsers and my hosting provider has cleared all cache files.

    Hi kruajeng,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    I tried deactivating Dokan and the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons reappeared. It seems to be a compatibility issue between the Woodmart theme and Dokan.

    How should I fix the problem of adding the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons so that they work?

    I decided to use Dokan because you advised that it was compatible with my theme.
    However, after using it, it broke my WoodMart theme, and the website is not functioning as it should.

    How can I fix this?

    I’ve tried using other computers and the bug where the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons are not displaying still exists after you activated the Dokan 4.0 plugin.

    You should log in with my credentials to see the actual problem !

    I’m just wondering why Hung Pham didn’t log in using the password I provided.

    If he had, he would have been able to see the ‘Bug quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons not displaying’ issue.

    This problem is caused by the Woodmart theme with Dokan 4.0.

    I think this issue should be investigated more thoroughly, don’t you?

    I’ve tried logging in from different computers, but the ‘Bug quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons not displaying’ issue still persists.

    How else can I explain this for you to understand?

    I’ve already sent screenshots and a screen recording video of the problem.

    You should check the video where the problem is shown !

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    I tried switching to the Twenty Twenty theme and found that Dokan 4.0 works normally.

    This leads me to think that the WoodMart theme might have some flaws causing the bug where the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons are not displaying.

    Do you think this is true?
    Could you check?

    Thanks for your patience.

    Please allow me to explain it better with tested from our developers as well:

    We have indeed noticed the issue where the quantity field is missing on some products. However, this problem is not related to our theme. The quantity displayed in the product loop is the same as the one on the single product page.

    To verify this, we tested the same products using the default WordPress theme, and we found that the quantity field is also missing on the single product page there https://monosnap.com/file/cAb2irsO3w8QxBsVIeEZdpNQVJTbPN, just like it is with our theme https://monosnap.com/file/urUeQtIzYb9wj27QJRWNeCElFct1mw.

    Based on this, we believe the issue originates from the Dokan plugin itself. That’s why we recommended checking the Dokan plugin settings or contacting Dokan’s technical support team so they can investigate the issue on their side.
