Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
May I check how it works without 3rd party plugins and check how it works on the default theme? Also, please send access to the admin panel.
Currently, I do not see the 404 errors, but I do notice the issue with loading.
Kind Regards

tissertechindiaParticipantYes, there are loading issues. The website is taking too long to load. Have you seen the reports I sent? I’ve also attached a video file showing the loading time — please check that as well.

May 7, 2025 at 3:31 pm #658904
tissertechindiaParticipantIs that the issue of popup maker plugin ?
May 7, 2025 at 6:01 pm #658965
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
To identify the issue, I need permission to disable 3rd party plugins and change the theme to the default one. As I understood, it’s a live site, so may I do it?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

tissertechindiaParticipantWait a minute. I just asked the server team as well. I’m waiting for their reply now.
Also, will disabling and changing the theme cause any issues on my site? Will anything be lost?May 8, 2025 at 8:10 am #659056
tissertechindiaParticipantYes I got the reply from them.
On reviewing the CPU usage details, we noticed that the cache is not enabled on the website.Varnish Cache:
The Varnish is enabled on the server and application. But it is still showing as MISS in the headers. The “age: 0” header is found in the theme’s files.
Please get these checked with the theme developer:Static Cache Plugin:
Also, there is no cache plugin active on the website. You may use any cache plugin that best works with the website. We recommend using the Breeze plugin since it is most compatible with the Cloudways stack:
https://support.cloudways.com/en/articles/5126470-how-to-install-and-configure-breeze-wordpress-cache-pluginObject Cache Pro:
The Object Cache Pro is not installed. Please try deactivating and then activating it again from the Application Settings > WordPress Settings:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In most cases, the site should not lose any information. If it’s a live site, you can create a staging website and I can do the test there so the live site will not be affected.

May 8, 2025 at 3:27 pm #659232
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I saw, but for the proper testing, I need to check the site without plugins, and on the default theme.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It seems that the server is unstable, as on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme, the page could load around 7-10s – https://prnt.sc/HMkXkAdmOsfP
It’s not normal for the default theme, the default theme should be loaded around 1s.
Only these plugins were enabled – https://prnt.sc/ErSTJ5RAoMFE , default theme – https://prnt.sc/rZZ0G02gCcAj and long time loading of the page – https://prnt.sc/QgiOgXAtiwUI
So I suggest you contact your server for further solutions.
Kind Regards

tissertechindiaParticipantSo what you are saying? the issue is with the server ?
May 10, 2025 at 11:39 am #659689
tissertechindiaParticipantOn the first load, the homepage takes a long time to load. However, once it has loaded, other pages load more quickly.
