Frequently Bought Together not correctly adding to cart

    I’ve been using the “Frequently Bought Together” feature to great success, until recently a user pointed out that they can’t purchase a product bundled with another product, FBT. I’ve linked an example – you’ll notice that when you add the FBT to the cart, only the primary product is added. Have I misconfigured this?

    I’m afraid I can’t (without some effort) give you admin access, since we have a policy re security customer’s details. I could setup an anonymized staging copy given enough time, but isn’t it possible to observe the issue directly based on the product URL I gave you, since this affects anyone making a purchase in the store?

    Please follow this guide and make sure it is configured correctly for product.

    If the issue remains, Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also switch the child theme to the parent theme.
