How to make the Browse Category work as a dropdown?

“The ‘Browse Category’ section is always open by default. I want it to function as a dropdown button—when clicked, it should display the full list of categories, and when clicked again, it should hide them.”

Please edit page, scroll down to Page Settings > Header and enable Open categories menu option https://ibb.co/qdcNQtJ
