Problem with redirect links after theme update

Hi, after i updated my theme i have a problem. My brands had a link like /shop/?filter_brands=byoung but the problem is that when i add a new product it can not be added insite the brand filter like before. If i go to /brand/byoung it work there but i dont want the products to shown only there i want in this link also. Now to solve that problem i installed the redirection plugin and i have a rule for the links with brand/filter to redirect in the product tags /product-tag/byoung/ so if the url is like filter/brand or brand it will redirect me to the product tags because my customer had some products in tags and some products with brands. Before the update all links was good now why i have this issue? Also i have tried to deactivate all plugins one by one and i have still the problem. If you go to the Navbar > brands and hover the subcategories you will notice the filter?/brand URL. This url have the problem.
