    Hi XTEMOS Team,

    We have purchased your WoodMart theme and are in the process of installing it on our existing website, which was previously using a different theme.

    After activating your theme, the layout is not displaying correctly, and the products are not being listed as expected. The site appears broken and unstructured.

    Could you please guide us on how to properly integrate the WoodMart theme without affecting our existing data and functionality?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out. The issue is that the demo content might not have been imported correctly, or some elements were imported in a different format than expected.

    Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

    I have set up the theme on a new domain using a clone of the live database and made all necessary changes accordingly. Now, I would like to move these changes to the live domain and connect it to the live database.

    Could you please guide me on how to export and import these theme settings into the live database without affecting existing data?

    Hello,

    To export and import the WoodMart theme settings without affecting your existing data, you can use the built-in import/export feature:

    Navigate to Theme Settings > Import/Export on your staging site.

    Click the Export button to download a .json file containing your theme configuration.

    On your live site, go to WoodMart > Theme Settings > Import/Export.

    Thank you, issue resolved.
    The WoodMart theme is working fine but its cart and checkout page, there is issue that Shipping methods layout is not displaying perfectly.
    I’m not using any plugin of translations but content is displaying from right to left.
    could you please check the screen shot?

    Thank you, it’s now showing perfectly.
    For the related product section, I want to display products based on what the customer has added to the cart.
    I’ve checked the WoodMart theme, but I couldn’t find where to configure this. Could you please guide me?

    I have changed the layout of the cart, and it is updated on the cart page, but on the checkout cart totals section layout is not updating.
    It should be updated on both pages.

    I checked your reply regarding related products. We have tried the available options, but there is no setting to display products based on items added to the cart.
    Could you please guide me if there is any option in the theme to achieve this?

    Hello,

    In the widget settings, choose the “Recently viewed” or “Cross-sells” product source for dynamic suggestions.
