ebu.budakParticipantI bought the theme from you 3 times for 3 different jobs. In all 3, when I sort from low to high or vice versa in prices in the same way, it comes in a mixed way. In other words, if the price should be sorted from low to high, a mixed price ranking occurs and this is the same in all my works. I disabled all plugins, still the same. When I try with a different theme, there does not seem to be a problem.
I am waiting for your help.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.
If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent theme for testing.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Best Regards,

ebu.budakParticipantI have tried the checks you mentioned many times, but the result is negative. If you wish, could you please go in and check. When I try it in different themes, the problem improves. The same problem persists even though I tried disabling all plugins one by one.

ebu.budakParticipantHello, I’ve been waiting for your support for a long time. Can we solve this problem? Our customers still encounter the problem when they sort prices. I have the same problem with all 3 of my themes when I buy and use them.

ebu.budakParticipantIf you can tell me where the problem is coming from, I would like to fix the problem in my other 3 themes.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please regenerate the product lookup tables from WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and then do a bulk update for all products. After that, check if the issue is resolved.

If I try to sort by searching as in the link above, it still lists mixed, but when I sort by Category, the problem is fixed.
If I sort when I search, the problem continues, how can I solve it?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
To fix this, try regenerating the product lookup tables under WooCommerce > Status > Tools by clicking “Regenerate” next to “Product lookup tables.” After that, go to Products > All Products, do a bulk edit, and update them to refresh indexing.
If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp login details so I can check and give you a possible solution.

ebu.budakParticipantUnfortunately, I couldn’t fix it. In fact, when I search for the most recently added products, for example, “zımpara”, the sandpaper products I just added do not come up. There are still errors in the price ranking.
Users cannot see the newly added products in the search section. We can stop 3rd party apps as you wish, please test it yourself. Even if I disabled it completely, the problem was not solved. When I try a different theme, it works fine.
Please help me.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.2.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, switch to the parent theme and refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still persists, you need to increase the PHP Max Input Vars parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration. You can contact your hosting provider for help on this matter and check how it works.
Best Regards,
