Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Locate the Footer widget areas ( Footer Column 1, Footer Column 2, etc.).
Add the desired widgets into the appropriate footer column to structure your layout.
Use the “Social Icons” widget and place it in your preferred footer column. This widget will display the social icons in the footer.

Adding Custom Links or Menus:
Go to Appearance > Menus > Create a new menu and add your custom links.
Then return to Appearance > Widgets and add a “Navigation Menu” widget to the desired footer column > Select the menu you just created to display it.

Additionally, if you have some custom content and not fulfil your requirements, Try to create an HTML Block and add the content with the help of page builder.
Then, go to Appearance > Widgets and add the newly created HTML Block to your footer column.
