Cart Price Condition: Ensure the “Cart price condition” is correctly set to trigger above 19,800, and the cart total calculation (with/without tax) matches your WooCommerce settings.
Free Gift Products: Confirm that the products selected under the “Free gifts” section are Published and In stock.
If you have multiple gift rules active, one may override or block another.
Restrictions: Check the “Products in cart condition” — make sure no category or product restriction is unintentionally applied.
For the second issue, encourage customers to refresh/update their cart or re-add items to ensure the latest gift conditions apply.
If the issue remains, please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp login details so I can check and give you a possible solution.
