Product gallery Video after enlarge still mute

Hi,
In my website, I put local local video into the product gallery at product page, it is autoplay and simply player is choosen, when it is autoplay in the product gallery it is mute, this is understandable since the browser require that, but after click the enlarge button, the video is enlarged but still mute, supposely it should have sound after it is enlarge, please tell how to solve this problem.

This https://prnt.sc/oFC_dHMYI9FV enlarge button just shows the same video in the popup and it is equivalent to the autoplay functionality. Unfortunately, there is no way to make it unmute when you click on that popup button.

But for that mute problem, it is unreasonable when the people click enlarge but still mute, it is understandable that if the video is autoplay in the gallery it is mute due to browser requirement, but when clicking the enlarge button means the people willing to see the whole function of the video, including the sound. So is there anyway to make the video play with sound?

Browser requirement expands to such “enlarge” buttons as well, that is why after clicking on the enlarge button, it still mutted, unfortunately.

May i know disable autoplay compare with enable autoplay, is that enable autoplay to let the video play when open the product page will make the loading time of product page much longer than disable autoplay which only loading the thumbnail image?

It depends on the size of the video. If it’s a very light video, the autoplayed video should not cause issues with the page loading.
