    Hello,

I purchased the woodmart theme and imported it successfully into my site. After navigating to the preinstalled websites section I attempt to import a desired one. The import loads to 15% before failing due to a “timeout.” Then it goes to 30%. Timeout. 45% Timeout. 60% Timeout. 80% Timeout. 95% Timeout. That’s as far as it would go. After contacting GoDaddy and adjusting all the parameters including increasing the max timeout and max upload/download size, the import still fails. Please advise as to how to fix this. I want to be able to use the theme that I purchased and get my website up and running.

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us and providing detailed information about the issue you’re facing with importing pre-built websites using the WoodMart theme. It seems like there may be a conflict occurring that is causing the import to time out.

Could you please try disabling all plugins that are not related to the WoodMart theme and attempt the import again? Sometimes, third-party plugins can interfere with the import process.

If the issue persists, we would need to investigate further. Could you provide us with admin access to your WordPress dashboard? You can share this information securely using the Private content field when replying.

We are eager to help you resolve this and get your website up and running smoothly.

    Regards

    Hi,

After disabling all the plugins not related to the WoodMart theme, the import still failed. I have created a temporary login for you to access. Please email me once you start work on it, and after it has been looked at. I very much appreciate it. Again, I have contacted GoDaddy, checked on all that is within my control, as well as disabled all the unrelated plugins.

Thank you for looking into this.

    Hello,

When we visit a few pages on your website it stops working and we always get the following error https://gyazo.com/b7e4b95c79ea9f5384a6e305752e8c54
You need to consult with your hosting provider for help on this matter.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Could you be a little more specific? Are you able to log in? I’ll be calling GoDaddy soon and want to make sure I am able to resolve this.

Yes, we were able to log in. But in a few minutes, your website becomes unavailable and we can’t do anything.

    Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response and for taking the necessary steps to assist us in resolving the issue. I was able to log in, however, your website becomes inaccessible after a few minutes, which hinders our ability to troubleshoot effectively.

It appears that this might be caused by attempting to import multiple times, leading to a high number of menu items and other elements that the server cannot handle efficiently. I recommend resetting your website completely and attempting the import of the dummy content from scratch. This process will remove unnecessary data buildup from repeated imports and help in starting afresh.

Before proceeding, please ensure you have a backup of any critical data, as resetting will erase all content on your site. Once done, try importing the pre-built website again with minimal plugins activated.

Please let us know how it proceeds, or if you require further assistance.

    Regards
