    I am trying to have Blog – 1 Column – 1 product pop up on all pages, but for some reason it is blank on archives pages, maybe because of conflict of query or something?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd-party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

    Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also, switch the child theme to the parent theme and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache and server cache.

    And I investigated again, the problem is with Elementor.

    There is also another problem: The popup does not close when the user clicks inside the popup itself.

    This popup really needs some work. It needs to:
    – Be compatible with Elementor and Elementor Pro
    – Be able to close on any click, inside or outside the popup (or at least have the option to do so)

    Not continue to display , there should be a setting like:
    – Show continuously until the user clicks the close button (X)
    – Show only once, no matter where the user clicks

    I need your mp-removing code or an explanation of how it works, so I can write a custom function that will fire on any click and assume that the user clicked on X, so that the popup does not repeat itself.

    Hello,

    By default, the promo popup in the WoodMart theme can be closed by either clicking the “X” button or clicking outside the popup area. However, clicking inside the pop-up itself will not close it.

    The theme popup is built with native WoodMart functionality and not directly based on Elementor’s popup system. While it displays correctly on Elementor-based layouts.

    If you’d like to customize the closing logic (close on any click and click on x), this would require a custom JavaScript implementation. Unfortunately, it requires customization and beyond our support policy.
