Then, navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Prefooter and choose the HTML block.

Hello,

Please try adding an HTML Block to the Prefooter area — this content will appear on all pages.

Also, make sure that the Prefooter is not disabled in the Page Settings section at the bottom of the edit page screen.
