I click on the “MY ACCOUNT” icon on the left and enter the login information in the membership area that opens on the left bar, but it takes me to the membership page. I have to enter my membership information again. What is the reason for this error? I have shown the pages in the attached images.
You can fix it by applying patch #662417. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.
