Disable “Select Options” on Product Cards

I’m currently using the Woodmart theme and would like to change the behavior of variable products on the shop and category archive pages.
Instead of showing the default “Select Options” button (which triggers AJAX or redirects to the options selection popup), I want to replace it with a simple “View Product” button that takes users directly to the single product page — just like how simple products behave.
