Why my design is broked ?

some time when i see my site in a new browser its design is broked,when i refresh the page its solved, why this happen ? now i see the footer section is broked but its not solved.

This is a beta option – https://prnt.sc/lKydGiV93bpW , when you disable it, it will not affect the site. LightSpeed will be enough.
Then clear the cache and recheck the issue.
