medshow37ParticipantI designed a page and set it as the homepage of the website. I wanted the homepage on mobile to be different from the desktop version, so I created a separate mobile homepage using an HTML block in Elementor. However, when I set this page as the mobile version, the content doesn’t appear on mobile devices. What could be the reason for this?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd-party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I can check and give you a possible solution. Also, switch the child theme to the parent theme and check the issue after completely clearing the browser cache and server cache.
Best Regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.1.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.
If the issue still remains, let me know, and I will check further on your site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There’s no need to hide any elements in the HTML block or on the page for different devices. I’ve created a new HTML block for clarification and placed it under the About Us page. It’s now displaying correctly on mobile.
Please review your site and check the About Us page here: /about-us-3/

medshow37ParticipantI solved the problem, and it was not related to hiding any elements in the HTML block or on the page for different devices.
The issue was actually due to the selection under Page Edit > Page Attributes > Template.
The selected option was Elementor Full Width, but when I changed it to Default Template, the problem was resolved. Thanks for your help.
