    I would like to use an image as a badge to be displayed on my product carousel. I’ve already tried doing this using attributes in WooCommerce, but it doesn’t allow adding an image. I would like to do this and select specific products because, in this way, I can run special promotions.

    Hello,

    In order to create a custom label, navigate to Products > Attributes > create attribute > then add terms to the created attribute – https://prnt.sc/tqzG6kgJCwEQ, https://prnt.sc/yq_ZcONu22_n and use the image swatch and upload an image for this.

    Edit the attribute itself – https://prnt.sc/ExOeF6K7T_U3 and enable the Show attribute label on products option – https://prnt.sc/7vckb4xRhteN

    Edit the product for which you want to show the custom label and assign that custom label attribute to the product – https://prnt.sc/QGfKsahh3O9a

    I have already tried using custom labels, and they do display the text I write on the product; however, what I really want is for an image to be displayed in that place instead. This way, I will be able to display a specific badge for each of my promotions. Is it possible to do this through the theme, or do you recommend a plugin?

    Hello,

    Have you added the image in the image swatch in attribute terms?

    If the issue still remains, please share the wp login details of your site so I can further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    I’ve already done everything that’s in the documentation, following all the steps. I added the images to the image swatch, but even so, it doesn’t solve the issue. I will leave prints (screenshots) attached, and also the link to my site for possible analysis.

    Good morning, I will send the access information to my website in the private chat, along with the links where it is not being displayed. I would like the image custom labels to be shown in my product carousel, so that I can create specific promotion tags.

    Hello,

    Please update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.1.2 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the issue: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know, and I will check further on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

    Here is my license: 689b4927-a411-4dde-9606-4d300f5c084e

    It’s active, but I’m still unable to update the theme. If possible, could you please share the updated theme ZIP file with me?

    I have updated the WoodMart theme correctly and everything seems fine regarding the version. However, the issue with the image swatches remains: when I add a custom label to a swatch image, it does not display on the frontend. Could you please help me resolve this?

    Hello,

    I’ve checked your site and noticed that the product labels (badges) are currently hidden due to custom CSS added in your theme settings:

    .product-labels.labels-rounded {
    	display: none !important;
    }

    Try to remove the Custom CSS code and check the issue.

    -Support Request – WooCommerce AJAX Filter Issue

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing a serious issue on my WooCommerce shop page. Every time a user tries to filter products using the AJAX filters (by category, price, etc), instead of refreshing the product grid via AJAX, the site redirects to a random single product page.

    It doesn’t matter which filter is used – the page always jumps to a different product, breaking the shopping experience.

    Details:

    Issue occurs on my shop page!

    Problem: AJAX filters trigger a redirect to a random single product page instead of filtering the products

    Theme: [Your Theme Name]

    Plugins involved: [List if you know – example: WooCommerce, Woodmart, etc.]

    What I’ve tested:

    Tried switching themes – problem persists

    Disabled all other plugins – issue still happens

    Regenerated permalinks

    Cleared cache

    Console shows no JS errors

    Can you help? Is there any known conflict or fix for this?

    Thank you!
