How to Set the Font-size for Words of the Top Bar

In my homepage ,https://sexydolls.shop/. the words （FREE Worldwide Shipping | 15% Off | Code: Lucky15) on the Top Bar is too small, i want to set the Set the Font-size for the words at 14px or 16px. Could you please let me know How to Set the Font-size for Words of the Top Bar ?

I know, set the Font-size for Words of the Top Bar by the title: we can change the words by the Heading 6 or Heading 5 or Heading 4….
Do you have any methods, we can keep the words at the Paragraph, but, the font-size can be at 12px, 14px or 16px ?

Put it in the header banner content area and recheck the issue.
