Change Single Blog Post Template

Hello Team,
I need your help for few topics.
1. Is there any possibility to change the design of the blog page – single post template (with Elementor)?
2. Is there any possibility to add a table of contents in the blog article?
3. Is there any possibility to add information “about the author” in the blog article?

01. The blog is an Archive page and is controlled by WordPress; it doesn’t allow any modifications to be added to it, this is the default functionality. You cannot edit it with Elementor as well.
Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Blog -> Blog archive and check the settings. If you enable the post type option in Elementor > settings > Post Type, then you can edit the single blog post with Elementor.
02. You can edit the single post with Elementor and add a custom table of contents in the blog post.
03. Navigate to Theme Settings > Blog > Single Post > Enable the option “Author Bio”.
