Shop products do not have reviews enabled

I cannot find out how to make the reviews appear like your demo theme page does (see screenshots).

Before we proceed with accessing your site, could you please try disabling all plugins temporarily, except for WooCommerce, and see if that resolves the issue with product reviews not appearing? Often, plugins can interfere with the default functionality of product reviews.

Let’s continue, using the Staging version of the website instead of the LIVE version (to not disrupt customers).
The new credentials for logging is below for WordPress.
Please note the updated and additional FTP details for the Working Directory Path, for the Staging version of the website.
I have done as you’ve requested and disabled all of the plugins except for Woocommerce and yet still the reviews option for the product are not present.

Because I’ve disabled all of the other plugins, the website login URL might likely be the default WP login.

Please note that the functionality to automatically enable product reviews by default is strictly tied to WooCommerce settings and not influenced by our Basel theme. Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround for this directly within the theme.
