I had to move the Woocommerce site in which we installed the Woodmart theme, but once copied on the new server we noticed that the layout seem to be messed up, as if we lost theme settings. I’ve noticed a Warning inside Theme settings about PHP MAX INPUT VARS that should be increased up to 2000. Once increased this value, should we import the DB dump again in order to restore the site as it was or is there any other method maybe?
    Thanks and best regards

    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > Export/Import > Export the theme settings from the old server > Then on the new server, import them and check the issue.

Also, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your server configuration and double-check the issue.

    Hi,
thanks for your answer, in fact I’ve set PHP Max input to 2000 as suggested in the backend inside the theme settings, I’m now asking to increase up to 10000 as you said.
Meanwhile I tried to import the JSON settings after having exported and copied/pasted in the new theme, I did the import and something happened, but still the header doesnt’ correspond to the original site.
If I import again the DB dump after having increased the PHP value, will it restore the site exaclty as the other server or should we fx it in some other manner?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Luca

    Hi,
thanks for your answer, very kind from yours, I’ve imported the header after having replaced the URL’s and header name and then made it default and it seems to be fine, the original header has been restored.
    Thanks and best regards
