Urgent! Woodmart default header on single product page

Hello, today the Woodmart header suddenly appeared on our product page (see screenshot). I haven’t made any changes and don’t know how to reset it to our default header. Our default header is still active as usual and is displayed correctly on all pages except the product page. We’ve been displaying our default header on all pages for years without any problems. Now I had to activate maintenance mode to stop displaying the Woodmart header to our visitors. Therefore, quick help is needed.

Your issue has been solved. Please check the site now after removing the browser cache. Basically, you have not translated the header from the WPML >> String Translation section. I have translated the header, now it is showing fine on the single product pages as well in both languages.

Thank you! To avoid this in the future I would like to know how to finde the strings that needed to be translated and why this issue was not showing up before.

If you will not find any string in future, please go to WPML >> String Translation >> Click the scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Translate texts in admin screens link. https://cdn.wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/translate-texts-in-admin-screens.png
This will take you to a searchable list of admin strings. Find the Words that you want to translate and then select those words and add them to the string Translation then you will go to the WPML >> String Translation >> then find and translate them into other languages.

Thank you. But this does not make it much clearer to me. I searched for the header I use throughout the whole website and found 2 strings not included in string translation, see screenshot. I assume I do not have to translate these because the correct header is displayed now anyway. What string do I have to search for in case, the wrong header is displayed ? I just would like to know what is going on in my website when suddenly things break.

I have already added those headers in the String translation section which is why they are not showing to you in the admin area. You should find the header with the Heade ID like here are the headers already added in the WPML >> String Translation section: https://ibb.co/ZzGdP5jF
