Unable to use Frequently bought together option for the product we add

So here is the situation
Its happening only in production. I tried the same in staging and i could not reproduce the issue.
As its happening in production cant ignore as well.
I added some Frequently bought together and trying to use. But while select its not getting selected. Now please let me know what can we do about it. Is there any option we can fix it. Disabling plugin wont be an option as its production only.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
