How do I add the pop up cart and add to cart for variable items

Hello I am trying to add the add to cart button and the cart icon for variable items right now it only comes up for simple items

Please disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerce
Enable the Parent theme
Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
