How to reinstall from scratch after the last update fails

Hi support
after last theme update I experience a very strange situation: every link from product category go to the same page with bad layout and bad content and I’m not able to fix it.
At the moment I have switched to the very poor theme just to stay on line for sales
Do you think if after the reinstall the page layout and link are good or not ?
As an alterntive, do you have any idea on how to fix links and layout page ?

Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the settings there?
Also, may I enable the theme to check the issue? And send some screenshots or the URL links where I can see that issue.

yes you can swith to woodmart child and check.

The issues are:
click to any category: you go to a strange page with strange layout and not to a subcategory page with the list of all subcategories
the navigation tree (for example Home->Francobolli-Francobolli Area Europea) is disappeared

Hello,
The issue is that you had disabled the page builder, but at the same time, the Layouts were enabled for the Archive and Product pages. So I have disabled the Layouts and now it works well – https://prnt.sc/LIfK4rxXqUEy , https://prnt.sc/WGmxajcNzmjP
