    Dear Team, I have a license it is working in localhost. But when I move to live and activate the license for dev it is not working. Why?

    Hello,

    On our website, in your account, you can see how many activations you have. Also, in your account, you can deactivate the old license and use it for the new domain.

    Hi, thanks for the reply. I already deleted it and then pasted the license to live. But it’s not working. It is showing license is invalid. This is my license information: Item ID: 20264492 and purchased on 2025-04-27.

    The localhost is activated as dev site – https://prnt.sc/D9jUiokBD8x4 so try to activate the live site as production and let me know.

    How can I make it to production? I tried to unchecked the development option and checked the development option and also removed the localhost license and then tried. I’m not sure why it is not reflecting? Please guide me. This is my live website URL.
