    It’s not just that I keep getting css that doesn’t work. My site was totally changed graphically without my consent and already existing bugs were added again. In addition, I am repeatedly asked for admin access although my access data is assigned to an admin account. Instead of my requests made 24 hours ago being answered professionally. The following aspects of my site have been changed or rebuilt without authorization.
    1. category header broken. My time-consuming automatically positioned background image for the category header is suddenly set to horizontal repetition. Optics totally broken!
    2. the “in stock” button is displayed incorrectly twice everywhere. Previously this was only the case in the gifts section. Now everywhere.
    3.
    The checkout was changed to two columns after my styling and single column and the Paypal button is at the top instead of the bottom where it belongs. I only asked for the centering of the WOO message as a support request. And then to always give the Paypal button 100% width.

    Instead of solutions and such a procedure only makes more work. Is there one. Quality Manager for Support, I would like to speak to him. I find it incredibly unprofessional to deal with customers in this way. Instead of solutions for the simplest of tasks, more is broken than mended. Sorry, but that really can’t be right!

    Heres the screenshot of the doubled “vorrätig” button. Before the support took care of it the error was found in two products, now it´s in every product of the page. Why?

    Hello,

    We have investigated the issue and are still investigating the issue wit the checkbox. I asked permission for disabling plugins and etc., and you confirmed.

    Recheck the issue with the Stock status, now it should work well.

    3. We are still investigating it. I have enabled everything back, the Checkout page the same as it was before.

    Next time, create a staging website and we will do the investigation there.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke, thanks for clarifying the issue.
    Now I am reassured that the design failures are only of a temporary nature. I had submitted three support requests 24 hours ago, whereupon I only received questions, some of which were not obvious, but no viable solution for quite simple tasks. This can frustrate someone who is under time pressure and needs solutions.

    I answered the issue with the stock status, and I have provided the solution that works. As for the checkbox, it’s not a quite simple issue and our developers are still investigating it.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Kind Regards

    On second thought, that still doesn’t explain why my category headers are broken. What sense does it make to change this part of the page when exactly none of my support requests referred to this element of the page? It took me quite a long time to set up the correct background settings for the correct placement of the illustration. Now I have to start all over again.

    Could you please send a screenshot of where exactly it is? So can check it.

    A good example of unintentional changes is that the long description is now displayed above the shopping cart button after selecting a variant. This was not the case before: Can you please undo this? That would be great.

    If you look at the other screenshots of my request, you are guaranteed to find one that shows the correct view and positioning.

    Hello,

    Okay, I see. The thing is that I didn’t touch the Archive page layout.

    1) Edit the Archive title element in the Layouts and set the align to right – https://prnt.sc/AUVg9125k9t2

    2) Make the width of this https://prnt.sc/HKMQMpwu5TUq column smaller (e.g. 20%), and for the main section, set the “End” option for the Justify content – https://prnt.sc/ldCtR8sa5lhn

    Hello Luke,

    I would like to swap the Woocommerce store page for the “start page”. I don’t need a product catalog on the store page. I.e. the store front page should be the current page, which is also set as the start page in WP at the position you have shown.

    The problem with the current setting is that the “To store” button in the WOO dialogs then links to the store front page that I don’t want. The link should go to the current homepage of the website. So I want the current normal page to be my store home page. How could this be done, do you have any ideas?

    kind regards

    Set the Shop page as a Home here – https://prnt.sc/ZtD-OTFCh3C1 then recheck the issue and let me know.

    Hi Luke,

    no, the other way around! I dont want the shop page at all. I dont need it! I would like to have the “Startseite” instead of the shop page. The current front page “Startseite” should be the official shop front page.

    All the links inside Woo should point to the “Startseite”. Now all Woo-Links are pointing to the default shop page, which i dont want.

    Kind regards

    Hello,

    It will not work in such a way, the basic home page cannot be as a Shop, you can make the Shop page as a Home – https://wpastra.com/docs/set-shop-page-as-homepage/ , and the theme doesn’t affect it, WooCommerce works in such a way.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,
    that’s a shame. And very inflexible on the part of the software. What about the store owners who want to have a normal page as the store homepage. How can I edit the store page so that the product loop is not on it. Does Woo always put the product loop on it regardless of the individual start page layout?

    For the next user with the same request a me:

    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_return_to_shop_redirect’, ‘change_return_to_shop_url’ );

    function change_return_to_shop_url() {
    return esc_url( ‘/your-new-page/’ ); // Replace with your desired URL
    }

    Instead of altering the shop front page, i will redirect e.g. the empty cart link and all other “to shop” links to my regular frontpage without the product loop. This does the trick. You can close this thread. Kind regards

    Hello,

    Thank you for updating us with your solution. We’re glad you found a workaround for redirecting the WooCommerce links. If you have any more questions in the future or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.

    Kind regards
