Hello WoodMart Support Team,
I’ve recently purchased the WoodMart theme and am currently in the process of customizing my site. However, I’m encountering an issue with the page title banner that does not reflect as shown in your demo.
I’ve followed the customization steps via the Theme Settings → Page Title section (as shown in the attached screenshots), where I’ve uploaded a background image, set the size, and configured the repeat/scroll settings. Although the settings appear saved successfully, the banner does not render on the front end as expected—it either doesn’t display or appears very differently than in your demo.
For your reference, I’ve attached the following screenshots:
• A screenshot of your Accessories demo page (which I’m trying to replicate).
• My WordPress admin panel where the title background is configured.
• The actual frontend view on my site, which shows a different or missing banner.
Could you please advise what might be causing this issue? Is there any additional configuration required, or could this be due to a conflict with another setting or plugin?
