radchuk2012ParticipantHello!
Somewhere during the week, a failure appeared when displaying product categories, on the root page of the product catalog https://zyabkin.ua/shop/ it stopped displaying the full list of parent categories in which there are available products. When disabling the check for product availability in the categories of the Elementor editor widget block, the categories are displayed. The site database in general contains more than 600 categories, in subordinate categories the number of active categories visually works correctly with a check for non-empty ones, but it is difficult to check the relevance. I ask for your help with diagnostics and correction.

Hung PhamParticipantHi radchuk2012,
Thanks for details.
Please change to
Custom queryand check again.Regards,

radchuk2012ParticipantNow I see Custom query does not cause the editor to hang. But I used the Woocommerce query, it was ok with it before. Now I checked Custom query, the hierarchy for displaying the parent group does not work, everything is mixed up. The Woocommerce query cannot be returned to a working state where it displays not three but real data (there should be about 15 categories of root non-empty if there is a check for empty ones)? Maybe it is possible to create a query similar to Woocommerce?
