the “Login/Register” link after login and permissions for clients?

    Hi

    1)Sometimes even if I’ve already logged in as a customer, there are still some pages (like clicking on the home page) that show the “Login/Register” link (as shown in the first screenshot) and some other pages that show the post-login information (as shown in the second photo). Can we make all pages show the account information after logging in?

    2)How to set up permissions for clients? They can only view their account information and cannot log into the WordPress Admin backend.

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. It looks like an cache issue. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems. I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable it temporarily and double check the issue.

    2. This is related to account roles, you can read more here https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/roles-and-capabilities/ or find an extra plugins for best suitable.

    thanks for your reply. pls check the new attached screenshot too. The “new user default role” here is “Subscriber” by default, should I change it to “customer”? Or the theme has already been set up and no action is required here?

    This is default WordPress functionalities and WoodMart does not control it.

    For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the WordPress support team, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires or You need to find a third party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

    the “Login/Register” link issue still exists even though i’ve cleared the cache. And I haven’t installed any other plugins except the ones installed by default together with the theme. pls try it with Edge browser.
