Hello,
We recently purchased CartFlows to optimize the checkout experience on our website. While the plugin was successfully installed and the checkout page functions correctly, we’ve encountered a serious layout issue — the CartFlows checkout templates are not displaying as expected.
For example, the layout appears in a single-column format, and certain elements like text and buttons are misaligned or not centered properly. After some testing, we’ve confirmed that this issue is caused by the Woodmart theme overriding the checkout page layout styles.
We are currently running 8 websites using the Woodmart theme, and CartFlows is a vital part of our strategy to improve conversions. However, due to limited technical resources, we are struggling to resolve this compatibility issue on our own.
We fully understand that CartFlows is a third-party plugin, but we would really appreciate any guidance, recommended code snippets, or settings that could help us prevent Woodmart from interfering with the CartFlows checkout layout.
