Products element (grid or carousel)

Hi,
I’m having trouble locating the “Products element (grid or carousel)” in the theme settings. Specifically, I’m trying to enable the Compare and Add to Wishlist buttons on product cards for mobile view, but I can’t seem to find the relevant options.
Could you please guide me on where to find this setting or if it’s possible to display these buttons on mobile product cards?
