qingpeisuParticipantNever mind! I have solve this problem. But there another problem. Do you have guiding document of footer building by using footer widgets. I have check the document in XTEMOS, there is just one simple topic about footer, and it is too simple to understand. Can you provide me a guiding document with more details of footer building. I totally have no idea to use it.
sincerely.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
To help you better understand how to build and customize the footer using footer widgets
Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Locate the widget areas named Footer Column 1, Footer Column 2, etc., depending on how many columns your footer layout supports (set in Theme Settings).
Set Footer Column Layout > Navigate to Theme Settings > Footer > Footer Layout, and select the number of columns (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4). This determines how many widget areas will appear.
Add Widgets Drag and drop widgets (Text, Menu, Image, Social Icons, etc.) into each Footer Column area to design your layout.

qingpeisuParticipantHi there,
My dashboard shows that there is a new version of theme, do I have to update, but it notes that”Any customizations you have made to theme files will be lost. Please consider using child themes for modifications.” I don’t think I have to update it. Can you help me to ensure that it’s ok without updating the theme.Attachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. We generally recommend keeping your theme up to date to ensure optimal compatibility and performance.
If you haven’t made direct changes to the core theme files, you can safely update without losing your modifications. To preserve any customizations, we strongly advise using a child theme, as it ensures your changes remain intact during updates.
As a precaution, we also recommend creating a full backup of your site before updating.
Here is our theme documentation how to update the theme:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/02. I’ve checked your site, and the input field on the My Account page is now displaying correctly — the color is no longer gray and the text is clearly visible.
See screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/PGcnP5vW
The search box in the header is also aligned properly and appears fine on my end.
Regarding the Register button not working:
Please try to update the theme to the latest version and update the required plugins. After updating, check if the issue persists. If it does, kindly try deactivating any third-party plugins that are not related to the theme, as one of them might be causing a conflict.
If the issue still continues, please share your WP admin login details in a private message so we can take a closer look.

qingpeisuParticipantHi, thanks for your work. The contact form is ok, but the registration question still exsits.
question1:like what I said at last emai.”I have enable the button of “Login page tabs” in the backstage, but when I click the button of “register” in front end, the link address of the account page just has an extra “#”” and don’t go anywhere.
question2: The two content input boxes for login are not aligned. I want to know if the picture shows normal. If not, please help me check and fix it.
thanks!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
01. Please deactivate the plugins first that are not included with our theme. I see errors in the console.
https://monosnap.com/file/jN17lTDXyzJSf6Y2jEpOELdCXMirTPAdditionally, the login details you provided are not working anymore. Please share the correct login details so I can further check the issue on your site.
02. The issue is caused by uneven label lengths, which is affecting the alignment of the input fields, so please try to add the following css code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS for this.
.woocommerce-form-login .form-row { display: inline-block; width: 100%; }
Best Regards,

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I see the third-party plugins active on your site. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent theme for testing.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Best Regards,
