    Hi,

We are using the Woodmart theme on our website and have set up attribute filters on the shop page. However, the filters are not functioning correctly. When an attribute filter is applied, it still displays attributes that are not associated with the resulting products.

You can view the issue at the following link:

We have regenerated the product attributes lookup table multiple times and cross-checked the data in the database against the resulting product IDs. The lookup table correctly links only the three attributes that are displayed on the product detail page, indicating that it is generating the correct associations for product attributes.

We have also debugged the issue on our end with the following active plugins, but the problem still persists.

    Woocommerce(9.9.4)
    Elementor(3.29.2)
    Woodmart Core (Version 1.1.2)
    Woodmart Core – Theme(8.2.2)

Could you please help us understand why this issue is occurring and provide a proper solution? Additionally, if there are alternative debugging methods we can try, please let us know. We’re looking for any guidance that could help us resolve this effectively.

Let us know if you have any concerns.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

You can try to change the Query type field in the widgets – https://prnt.sc/jL_820fzetI6 , more details on how it works you can find here -> https://woocommerce.com/document/product-filters-for-woocommerce/ (https://prnt.sc/G33InuWF8Pp6)

If it doesn’t help you, define the default widgets and check how it works on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme, as that functionality comes from WooCommerce itself.

    Kind Regards
