otolontryolonParticipantHello,
We’ve noticed a bug in the Woodmart theme. Please find our sample product attached for the “Frequently Bought Together” section. When the “Add to Cart” button is clicked, it doesn’t show any confirmation that the item has been added — it just keeps spinning. However, once the page is refreshed, the product appears in the cart.
We’ve configured the system to show an “X” or some kind of indication when certain product attributes are out of stock. But currently, when a variation that is out of stock is selected, no warning or mark is shown.
In the delivery date feature of Woodmart, we’ve set up delivery periods. However, for days with no delivery (e.g. Sundays), the estimated delivery date doesn’t show up at all. It defaults to the next day (Monday), but we want the delivery date info to always be visible for all products — it should never disappear.
Could you please assist us with these issues?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi otolontryolon,
Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

otolontryolonParticipantHello, thank you for your response.
The issue with the cross (x) sign appearing for out-of-stock items does not seem to be caused by any installed plugins. Could you kindly investigate this issue further?
The “Estimate Delivery” feature is not working properly. Although the feature is enabled, it doesn’t appear on any product pages. We’ve also tested it as a guest user, and it’s still not visible. All of our products have Estimate Delivery information assigned, and you can check any of them. Additionally, the feature does not show up at all on mobile devices.
Could you please assist us with these issues?

Hung PhamKeymasterHi otolontryolon,
Would you mind if I deactivate extra plugins for testing? Please confirm me back.

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
Disabling the plugins at this stage could cause issues for our customers. Therefore, we have kept only the necessary and actively used plugins, and removed all unused ones.Let’s proceed without deactivating any plugins.

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
We are experiencing a conflict between your theme’s “Frequently Bought Together” feature and the “Google Analytics for WooCommerce” plugin. The browser console shows the following error:
Uncaught Error: Google Analytics for WooCommerce: Could not read product ID from the button given in
added_to_cart
event.Also, there’s a warning about non-unique IDs:
[DOM] Found 2 elements with non-unique id #wd-add-to-cart
Due to this, the “Buy Now” button just keeps loading and doesn’t complete the action.
It seems that the button structure in the plugin may be missing essential attributes such as data-product_id and uses non-unique IDs, causing conflicts.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue?
Thank you.

Hung PhamKeymasterHi otolontryolon,
1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the author support team, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires.
3. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
Best Regards,
Hung PD -
