worklydevoloperParticipantFirst of all, this problem I am experiencing is a problem I have experienced constantly on other sites with the woodmart theme that I have established in different sectors and times.
In different sites where I use Litespeed or wprocket, the header section completely disappears for users who log in to my site for the first time and users who log in with cache, and sometimes there are corruptions at the top. When I clear the cache from the admin panel, the problem is fixed. But today it is happening again.
I have tried many things to solve the problem. Currently, no Css js optimization / minification is open. There is only caching. No additional Css affecting the header has been written. But this header section is constantly disappearing and my site is negatively affected. I could not find a solution.
I have added the before and after cache is cleared. There is no error in the console in the corrupted state. It usually happens on the homepage.

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
Navigate to Theme Settings -> Performance -> Other -> turn off the Mobile DOM optimization (experimental) option. Clear the cache and recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

worklydevoloperParticipantI updated it. I will observe if the problem occurs again. Because of this problem, some things in the slider were also scrolling. That’s why I removed the buttons and texts in the slider and only added media.
It says mobile in the name but the problem usually occurs in the web view. Isn’t this a possible thing?

Luke NielsenMemberHello,
In the description, you can see “This option currently removes all HTML tags from the desktop header version on mobile devices”. This is a common issue when customers enable this option and at the same time, their cache plugin doesn’t support a separate cache for mobile devices. If you want to use this option, your plugin should support a separate cache for mobile devices then that issue will not occur when enabling that option.
Kind Regards
