Website Crashing / Theme Not Loading Properly

I am using the WoodMart theme for my website http://www.jhalakenterprises.com.
I am facing a major issue where the website does not load properly. Sometimes it loads partially or the layout appears broken, with elements like the menu, sidebar, or logo not showing correctly.
The issue happens randomly and affects overall performance and user experience.

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and FTP info (server, username, password, port) to Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns in a more efficient.
