    Hello WoodMart Support Team,

I’m working on my site and have run into two separate issues specifically on my single product pages. I hope you can provide some guidance.

Issue 1: An unexpected “Shipping and Delivery” tab is appearing.

Context: On my product pages, I am using the “Product Data Tabs” Elementor widget to display the standard WooCommerce tabs.

The Problem: An extra tab titled “Shipping and Delivery” is showing up automatically. To be clear, I have not created a custom tab with this name, and I cannot find any setting in the product data or theme options to disable it.

My Question: Could you please explain why this tab is appearing by default? And more importantly, how can I control its content or remove it completely?

Issue 2: Elementor editor will not load for products.

Context: When I go to edit any single product and click the “Edit with Elementor” button, the editor fails to launch.

The Error Message: I receive the following error:

Sorry, the content area was not found in your page. You must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for Elementor to work on this page.

Additional Info: I suspect this is related to my custom product page layout. I am using the WoodMart “Layouts” builder to create a custom template for my single product pages.

My Question: Is this error caused by a missing element in my custom layout? If so, which specific element do I need to add to my layout template to ensure the_content() function is called correctly and Elementor can work?

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

    Best regards

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Single Product > Tabs. In the Additional tabs, you can customize or remove the tab: https://prnt.sc/bDOK7HP_6t7M

    02. To enable editing the product with Elementor, you need to add the “Product Content” widget products tabs widget to your single product layout.

Simply go to Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout, and insert the Product Content widget. This will display the product description and allow you to edit it using Elementor.

    Hello,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I tried following the navigation path you provided (Theme Settings > Shop > Single Product > Tabs), but it seems my dashboard has a different structure.

Here is what I see on my end:

The “Single Product” settings menu is not located inside the “Shop” menu; it is at the same level as “Shop”.

Under my navigation path, Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs, I do not have an “Additional tabs” section. The only section available is called “Legacy tabs (deprecated)”.

I have checked the “Legacy tabs” section. I am using Tab[1] for my own content, but Tab[2] and Tab[3] are empty. The content for the “Shipping and Delivery” tab is not defined here.

I have also checked the Product Settings > Tabs area on the individual product edit page, and the source of this tab is not there either.

    My Question:
Given that my dashboard structure is different, could you please advise where I can find the settings for the automatically-appearing “Shipping and Delivery” tab in my specific setup? How can I edit or remove it?

I have attached a screenshot of my Theme Settings > Single Product > Tabs page for your reference.

Thank you again for your assistance.

    Best regards,
