Why is the uploaded file from the contact form not attached to the email?

I would like to ask why, when someone uploads a file through the contact form, the file does not appear as an actual attachment in my email. Instead, I only see the file name with its extension.

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
2. For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the author support team, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires.
3. Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

thank you for your quick response. I completely understand that you cannot take responsibility for third-party plugins, but I’m not sure if this issue is related to your theme or not. If it’s not, please kindly let me know what it’s related to, so I can contact the right person if it’s not you.
The issue is with the file attachment option in the contact form. The file gets attached and sent, but on the receiving side it does not appear as an attached file, only as a file name. Maybe this explanation will help you understand me better.
