    Hello,

    I am writing to report several technical issues we are experiencing on the website. I would like to mention that everything is functioning correctly on our other website, which suggests that the problems are specific to the first platform. Below are the details of the issues identified:

    Forms are not recording leads – Although users complete the forms, the data is not being saved or transmitted to our database.

    YouTube videos appear invisible – Even though the embed code is correct, the videos are not visible on the page.

    Dropdown elements are not working – The dropdown menus do not respond to clicks, which affects user navigation.

    Please review these issues and provide us with a solution as soon as possible. If you require any additional information or access to the platform, we are happy to assist.

    1. Check the form issue on the default theme, most likely, you have not configured it. So, check how it works on the default theme to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    2. Send access to the admin panel and the URL link to the page where that video is defined.

    3. Send a screenshot of which items exactly are not working.

    Hello,

    1. The theme doesn’t have the built-in form functionality, you use a form from a plugin. In this case, it’s better to check on the default theme to see whether it works there or not.

    2. In Theme Settings, enable this https://take.ms/mgHlc option. Then recheck the issue with the video.

    3. On my end, it works – https://take.ms/QSo1s , let me know if I missed something.
