How to Add POPup Button in Header Menu

Hello
I have made an html Block, i want that block as popup button in Header,
was looking for this couldn’t find any help for this.
I have made in my Coming soon Page https://siaanglobal.com/coming-soon/
i want similar in header menu..
Please let me now how to add Button to get a popup in Header menu

Create a menu Appearance > Menu > Add a custom link with #
In order to open the pop-up by clicking on the header menu item, you need to add the following
CSS class to the menu item link in Appearance -> Menus.

Navigate to Woodmart > Header builder and add a Secondary menu.
Make sure the promo popup has been activated in Theme Settings -> Promo Popup.

OK may be i dint explained all.
I want two Popup on home page.
1. Any person visiting the site, Promo Popup which is active. (HTML Block – POPUP6)
2. Anyone Click on Header Top Right – Newsletter Link. – Another form Popup (HTML Block – News Letter form)
Theme Settings -> Promo Popup. – This is Active
Navigate to Woodmart > Header builder and add a Secondary menu. – This i dont know.
Hope i made understand my requirement

Currently
1. i have PROMO POPUP active but on homepage visit nothing POPUP
2. I have Newsletter in my Header Menu with # in link and when clicked PROMO POPUP displays

If you want to add a separate pop-up in the header. You can add the promo popup button element in the header builder to achieve this. Try to create an HTML block and use the Popup widget in the page builder, and choose the content: https://ibb.co/3fS9R0M
Then go to the Header builder -> edit current header -> add the HTML blocks elements and select the Popup HTML blocks: https://ibb.co/vz4S3bc
