Can’t activate the theme

    Hi.

    Just got a new license code and trying to activate it on a fresh WP installation and getting this error:

    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”

    Can you please help?

    Please send access to the admin panel and send the license key via the private area so I can try to activate it.

    Please see bellow. Also, activate it as development site as this will not be the final domain.

    I see the message that it’s already activated for the dev site – https://take.ms/TWWIa but in the license area, I do not see that it’s activated. So remove the activation manually via your account as show in the screenshot (https://monosnap.com/file/7RW2v52iArXqpWQCaYbk2swSdy5NtG), and then activate the theme again.

    Let me know the result.
