The API server can’t be reached – Theme License Activation

    Hi,
    I purchased this theme and installed it successfully, but I am a novice and messed up my website. I deleted the website and untied the activation code. When I reinstalled the website and installed the theme, it prompted a message.

    “The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”
    But the background shows that it is activated
    please help

    Hello,

    Deactivate the activation via your account on our website and then try to activate it again in WoodMart -> Theme license.

    Let me know the result.

    I am deactivate the activation via my account and reinstall but not working i will do this process many times but problem not solve

    Please clarify, did you try to reinstall the theme or just reactivate the license key? You need to reactivate the license key.
