theme Not activated and translate can’t be imported

Hello I’m a user of Wood Mart for a long time I bought a license today so I can work on a new website doesn’t work. first of all I needed to import the theme from softaculous manager. After that I want to activate the theme but it gives me the following message : The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.

I have skipped this step so I can’t import Atlas the template with do’n’t work it’s give the me problems of timeout
