All the filters on website not work

    Hello,

    I’m experiencing a critical issue with the product filters on my WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme (v1.1.2) and WooCommerce (v9.9.5).

    On the live site, none of the product filters work correctly:

    When I click on any attribute filter (Woodmart WooCommerce Layered Nav), the page reloads but the filter is not applied.

    The sorting dropdown (e.g., “Sort by price”) also reloads the page but does not apply the sorting.

    This issue affects all filters, including those inside the off-canvas sidebar on mobile (where on Android, clicks are completely ignored).

    However, everything works perfectly on the staging site, with the same theme, plugin versions, and configurations.

    I have:

    Cleared all caches (SiteGround Optimizer, browser, Memcached).

    Disabled JS minify/combine to rule out optimization conflicts.

    Verified that filters are correctly set with “OR” logic and attribute visibility is enabled in product data.

    Checked for JS console errors (none appear).

    Tried incognito mode and multiple devices.

    This issue seems to affect only the live environment, and only recently.

    Can you please help me identify:

    What could be causing this behavior in the live site while staging works fine?

    Is there a known issue related to the Off-Canvas filters on mobile in the latest version?

    Is there any fix or patch you recommend for this behavior?

    Hello,

    Please send access to the admin panel so I can investigate that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

    I just created a stage site for the website so you can use it and check and do all the test with no problem.
    So I confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing

    I recorded two version, one from my desktop and one directly from my mobile.

    As you can see Collezioni doesn’t works and the Ordina per (order for) not works as well.

    I send you the two video via Wetransfer because are big

    Now looks it works on the stage, what did you do? So
    I can replicate on the online site.

    The online site is http://www.tessiturarandi.com and if you check it with a mobile the filters still not working.
    And the staging site is the specular copy of the online site.

    I check again on the staging site, what I notice using Microsoft Edge or on mobile chrome, that the filters doesn’t work the first time, but if I select a filter, the page load, but the filter not appear, then I refresh the page, the selected filter appear and then everything start to work.

    So it looks that something on the start block or not load the code for the filters.
    I hope you understand and can fix it.

    To replicate the problem try to use Microsoft Edge as browser and with a mobile phone use Chrome to reproduce the problem, or you can test with Google Chrome in private mode and happen the same.

    Download This screen show you again the problem.

    I decided not to use your filter system, and I used WooCommerce Product Filter plugin, it works exactly as I need.
