marketingdigital-5837ParticipantHello Xtemos team,
I’m having an issue on my Shop page, where I’m using a custom layout created with Elementor.
In this layout, I included the Archive Products widget, which works perfectly for me because it allows me to have pagination at the bottom, which I really need.
My goal is to display 5 columns of products per row. Currently, I have set 5 columns in the Theme Settings (Products grid → 5 columns on desktop), and I also set 5 columns directly in the Archive Products widget settings. However, products still appear in 3 columns on the frontend.
What I have tried so far:
Configured 5 columns in Theme Settings.
Set 5 columns directly in the Archive Products widget.
Added custom CSS to force columns.
Checked general WooCommerce settings.
I don’t want to use a different widget because Archive Products is the one that fits perfectly with my needs and supports bottom pagination.
Please find attached screenshots showing my current settings and the final result on the frontend.
Could you please help me find a way to make the 5 columns display correctly on the Shop page using this custom layout with the Archive Products widget and keep the pagination?
Thank you very much for your support.

marketingdigital-5837ParticipantHello,
Thank you for your quick reply.
I will share the access details (URL of the clone shop, username, and password) in the private area of this ticket, so you can log in safely.
I’m also reattaching the screenshot showing the design with only 3 products per row, when I actually want to display 5 products per row.
Feel free to check the issue directly there.
Let me know if you need anything else.
Thank you very much for your support!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’ve reviewed your Shop page on the provided site, and I can confirm that the layout is currently displaying 5 products per row as expected. It seems the column settings you applied in both Theme Settings and the Elementor Archive Products widget are now taking effect correctly on the frontend.
See screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/fzrhdCbC
I recommend clearing your browser cache, then rechecking the page. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

marketingdigital-5837ParticipantHello,
Thank you very much for checking the Shop page and confirming that everything is working correctly. I really appreciate your support.
I would also like to ask for your help with one more detail. I would like to have some space between each product card to make the layout look cleaner and less crowded.
I already set a value for “Space between products on desktop” in Theme Settings (currently set to 30), but on the frontend, all the product cards still appear very close together.
Could you please help me make sure there is visible space between each product card on the Shop page?
Thank you so much again for your help!

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I’ve checked your site, and the spacing issue is related to the Product Border Position setting in the theme.
Currently, it’s set to “Outside“, which visually reduces the space between product cards by adding background and borders outside each product item. This makes the layout appear more crowded. To resolve this and restore clean spacing between products, please follow these steps:
Go to Theme Settings → Product Archive → Product Styles.Locate the Product Border option >Set Border Position to “Inside“.
https://postimg.cc/gXvHtd5FThis adjustment will ensure that the spacing you defined under “Space between products on desktop”.
