homeconnected.algParticipantDear xtemos.com team,
I hope this message finds you well.
My name is Lotfi, and I represent Issal.dz, a hosting provider based in Algeria. Recently, we have received multiple reports from our clients indicating that certain requests to your website, particularly API calls, are being blocked when originating from our IP range (Mentioned in private section).
After conducting internal checks, we confirmed that the requests are indeed blocked at your end—most likely through Cloudflare or a similar firewall system. We have also verified that this is not a geo-based restriction, as access is successful when using mobile networks such as local 4G providers.
We kindly ask:
What is the reason for this block?
Is it possible to lift the restriction, given that our IP addresses maintain a clean reputation and are used by legitimate customers whose websites depend on connectivity to your services?
We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue, as it affects the proper functioning of several client websites.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if further information is needed from our side.
Best regards,
-

Artem TemosKeymasterHello Lotfi,
Thank you for reaching out to us and providing detailed information about the issue concerning the IP block affecting API requests from Issal.dz.
We have investigated the situation and determined that the activity from your IP range might have inadvertently triggered Cloudflare’s security protocols, resulting in the block. We have now whitelisted your IP range, which should resolve the connectivity problem with our services.
Please verify if you can access our API now without issues. If the problem persists, feel free to provide us with additional details. You can use the Private content field to share any sensitive information, such as specific IP addresses or URLs.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Best regards

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can’t enter the dashboard on this website. Every time we click on the dashboard link, we get redirected to 127.0.0.1
Kind Regards
