yith product filter

    i used yith product filter to filte the product. it showed 2 product shots at the same time.
    i have disabled the plugin one by one. I closed Woodmart theme. It shows properly.

    2nd question:

    is there any method from woodmart that can hide the product variation in the product category?
    there is product varation between price and add to cart

    sometimes the problem appear and sometimes it fixed. i am not sure for this issue.

    On the other hand, my menu bar has been blanked. i have tried to close the litespeed cache and clear the cache, closed most of the plug in. it’s still occur.

    I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.

    i have purge the cache and the problem has fixed.

    but there is another problem occured.

    i have selected the product and press apply filters. the website loaded a long time, it result in fail to show the page. i have disable woodmart and the filters work.

    Thanks for your patience.

    You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    hello, i have tested before. you can checked my screen cap and see i only activite those plug in and the result is loading in fail.
